consistent, compatible

这两个词都可表示“一致”。compatible表示“协调的,合得来的,和睦相处的”,指两件事物不仅不相互排斥,而且可以并存,后面的介词用to或with; consistent表示“不自相矛盾的”,强调不相互排斥,但也不表示可以共存,后面接介词with。

compatible，consistent

这两个形容词均含“一致的”之意。

compatible指两个事物不仅无分歧，不互相排斥，而且可以并存，和谐地处在一起。

consistent指各事物之间或同一物体各细节之间都能一致，不自相矛盾。
